General Info
- WHAT IS ZOKU?Facilitating global living and working for the traveling professional, Zoku is a home-office hybrid, also suitable for long stays, with the services of a hotel and the social buzz of a thriving neighborhood. Zoku is a relaxed place to live, work and socialize with like-minded people while getting wired into the city.
- WHERE IS ZOKU copenhagen LOCATED?We’re located on Amagerfælledvej 108, in the vibrant Amager neighborhood. We’re just 7 minutes from the city center by metro or 10 minutes by bike, the most preferred mode of transport in Copenhagen! Known for its stunning modern architecture, the area is right next to an amazing natural park called Amager Fælled, which is the perfect place to escape from the busyness of the inner city and mingle with locals. Less than a 15-minute drive from the airport, and with easy access to popular sights in Copenhagen, it’s well-connected to all of the hotspots in the city.
- HOW DO I GET TO ZOKU copenhagen?

- ARE PETS ALLOWED?Pets are allowed on our terrace, in our Social Spaces, and in our Lofts under certain conditions. Read our Pawlicy for the full lowdown.
- ARE THERE MORE ZOKUS AROUND THE WORLD?Yes! Besides Copenhagen, you can find a Zoku in Amsterdam, Vienna, and Paris.
- FOR HOW LONG CAN I STAY AT ZOKU?We always like to say: the longer you stay, the further you go. That means you’re welcome to stay with us anywhere from one night to one year. Beware: longer stays may cause some separation anxiety!
- I HAVE CHILDREN. CAN I STAY AT ZOKU Copenhagen WITH MY FAMILY?
As Zoku is a home-office hybrid for business travelers, we are not ideal for children. However, we’ve got a few options for your family’s travel needs!
Our Zoku Loft XL can accommodate just one infant. We can provide baby cots (0 – 2 years old) upon request, but won’t be able to provide an extra mattress for your child.
If you’re coming with two children (up to 6 years old), we can accommodate your family in one of our four Loft XXLs which can sleep four people. This is subject to availability and can be booked by emailing our Reservations team at hellocopenhagen@livezoku.com.
Lofts & Rooms
- HOW MANY ZOKU LOFTS DO YOU HAVE IN copenhagen?We have 160 Lofts in total, of which 96 are Zoku Lofts and 47 are Zoku Lofts XLs. We’ve also got other special room types which you can browse here.
- HOW BIG ARE THE ZOKU LOFTS?The Zoku Loft is 25m² / 269ft². The Zoku Loft XL is 28m² / 301ft². The Zoku Loft XXL is 40m² / 430ft². Zoku has a few special room types as well! The Zoku Movie Room offers you your own personal spacious cinema, while still equipped with a kitchen, an inviting double bed, and spacious (accessible) bathroom. The Zoku Movie Room is 27m² / 290ft². The Zoku Room is the little brother of the Zoku Loft, with all the essentials to ensure you can live comfortably and work efficiently. The Zoku Room is 16m² / 172ft².
- HOW OFTEN DOES MY LOFT GET CLEANED?Cleaning is done after every third night during your stay if you’re here for less than 14 nights. Staying for 14+ nights? Your Loft gets a good scrubbing from our housekeeping team weekly. Having some people over? You can ask for some extra cleaning to keep your Loft looking extra shiny, and it won't cost you a thing. Just let a Sidekick know if you want to do this. More of a DIYer? At the end of your corridor, you can find our pantry, which includes any extras you may need in between cleaning like extra towels, plates, glasses, blankets, and more!
- ARE THERE ANY ROOMS THAT ARE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?Yes, our Zoku Movie Room and our Zoku Garden View Lofts have wheelchair access. If you'd like to book it, please call us at +45 89 882 422 or email us at hellocopenhagen@livezoku.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
- DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH TWIN BEDS?We don’t have any rooms with Twin Beds but our Lofts have king size beds, offering plenty of room to sleep comfortably!
- CAN I SMOKE IN MY LOFT?Smoking is not permitted in our building. If you wish to smoke, please use our main terrace on the 5th floor or the outside area in front of our entrance. Smoking inside the building will result in a penalty of DKK 1500. Thanks for smoking outside!
Booking & Payment
- Can I add another person to my booking?The Zoku Loft and Zoku Loft XL can host a maximum of two people. Want to bring a roommate along? All of our Lofts have a King Size bed with plenty of room to share. Please keep in mind that we cannot place an extra bed in the room.
- I'd like to book several rooms. How can I do that?If you’re looking to book 5 rooms or more, please send in your request to us at hellocopenhagen@livezoku.com and we’ll find the best rate for your needs! If you’re looking to book less than 5 rooms, you can do so through our website.
- Do I need to pay online for my booking?If you book a non-refundable rate, you have to pay upon booking. Please note that we will charge a 25% deposit for any stays of 5 nights and longer, 3 days prior to arrival. A credit card guarantee is sufficient for flexible rates. - What kind of payment methods does Zoku Copenhagen accept?Besides accepting all major credit cards, Zoku accepts debit cards and cash as payment methods for bookings.
- Can I pay in advance for my stay?Yes, for some rates you can choose to pay beforehand. When choosing a non-refundable rate, you’ll be asked to pay for your entire stay upon booking. When booking a flexible hotel stay (up to 4 nights), you’ll be asked to pay for your booking upon check-in. For short (5+ nights) and long stay rates (28+ nights), 25% of your stay is deducted 7 days before your arrival. If you wish to pay for your booking in advance, this is possible as well! Please send an email to hellocopenhagen@livezoku.com with your booking number to request a secure payment link. For all details regarding payments, check out our Terms & Conditions.
- How long in advance can I alter my booking?Staying up to 4 nights? You can alter your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Staying longer? Please let us know no later than 7 days prior to your arrival. Please note: Changes in date, Loft type, or number of nights can lead to different rates and are subject to availability. For group bookings and non-refundable rates alternative rules apply, which can be found in our Terms & Conditions. To be sure what rules apply to your booking, login to your personal Zoku account.
- How long in advance can I cancel my booking?Staying for 1 – 6 nights? Cancel up to 24 hours prior to our check-in time (15:00). Staying for 7 – 27 nights? Cancel up to 72 hours prior to our check-in time (15:00). Staying for 28+ nights? Cancel up to 7 days prior to our check-in time (15:00). For group bookings and non-refundable rates, alternative rules apply, which can be found in our Terms & Conditions. To be sure what rules apply to your booking, login to your personal account on our website. You can review, cancel and alter your booking through your personal account as well.
- Do I have to pay a security deposit for my stay?We ask that you provide credit card details so that we may hold an authorized amount as a security deposit during your stay. This will be arranged upon arrival and will be refunded to you when you leave.
- How much is the local tourist tax in Copenhagen?Lucky for you, there’s no tourist tax in Copenhagen and other cities in Denmark!
Checkin & Checkout
- How do I check-in at Zoku Copenhagen?Zoku’s a little different to what you might be used to. When you arrive, walk straight through our entryway, jump in an elevator and head up to the 5th floor. Our friendly Sidekicks will welcome you with a smile, help you check-in, and answer any questions. Prefer to do it yourself? You’ll find our self check-in kiosks right at the entrance to the Living Room, where you can settle any remaining balances and grab yourself a keycard.
- I am arriving early. Can I store my luggage or other belongings?
Not a problem! Our spacious lockers on -1 can safely store your luggage.
If you need to store it just before checking in or after checking out for the day, we don’t charge a thing!
For freshening up before hitting the town, you can use our Changing Room. Just ask a Sidekick for access!
- My room isn't ready yet. Is there a place where I can freshen up?Yes! Our private Changing Room is the perfect spot to have a shower and change into fresh clothes after a long day of traveling. We’ll provide the toiletries as well as towels.
- What time is check-out?Our check-out is at 11:00 AM. Not ready to say goodbye? You can arrange a late check-out at 12:00 (DKK 175) or at 14:00 (DKK 350). Just ask a Sidekick for assistance! Late check-outs are subject to availability.
- How can I check-out at Zoku Copenhagen?You can check-out on our 5th floor, either through our self-service kiosks or with one of our wonderful Sidekicks.
- I want to stay a bit longer in town after checkin-out. Can I store my luggage or other belongings?Not a problem! Our spacious lockers on -1 can safely store your luggage for free.
- What time is check-in?
Our check-in is at 15:00.
Arriving early? We cannot guarantee an early check-in, but we’ll do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can leave your bags in one of our Locker Room on -1. Just ask a Sidekick on our 5th floor to assist you!

Facilities & Services
- Is parking available at Zoku Copenhagen?There are approximately 100 parking spots available right below Zoku Copenhagen.You can park here all day for DKK 25 per hour (DKK 300 per day), at the lot on Amagerfælledvej 144 for DKK 15 per hour that’s open from 06:00 – 22:00 or on Røde Mellemvej.To make finding parking spaces even easier, we recommend downloading the widely used app in Copenhagen: EasyPark. Please note we can’t reserve spaces in advance, but we are always happy to point you in the best direction for finding a spot!
- Do you offer airport pick-up?We don’t offer airport pick-ups, but traveling around Copenhagen is easy! If you’re traveling heavy, we recommend taking a taxi. Pssst… Uber doesn’t exist here, so you’ll have to make use one of the several taxi services in the city. Whatever your choice, all taxi services are metered, accept international credit cards, and are regulated by the local government. Your taxi ride from the airport should take just 15 minutes! Prefer public transport? The metro stop DR Byen is just a 2 minute walk away from Zoku!
- What facilities do you have on-site?Our rooftop Social Spaces on our 5th floor offer a warm welcome and include our Kindred Spirits bar, Living Room, The Living Kitchen, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, an Event Space, and multiple terraces. In addition to that, we have a Locker Room, a Launderette, a guest pantry on each floor (which have extra kitchen utilities), and a Changing Room, where you can freshen up while you wait to check-in.
- Do you have a gym?We don’t offer an in-house gym, but to make sure you can stay (or become) really fit, we’ve partnered up with Fitness World Gym. It’s only a 5 min walk away from Zoku. A day pass costs DKK 50, a week pass costs DKK 109, and a month costs DKK 399.
- Can I do my laundry at Zoku Copenhagen?
We have a Launderette with professional laundry equipment, geared to wash (almost) all that needs cleaning. It’s located in our basement (floor -1).
Just pay by downloading the appwash by Miele. Keep in mind, the machine doesn’t accept cash payments.
We do not provide irons in our Lofts, but you can find them in our Laundrette.If you need professional dry cleaning, we’ve got you covered! Just let us know, and we'll arrange it through a trusted external company.
- Can I rent bikes when I'm there?You can rent stylish-looking bikes at Zoku and experience the city like a true local. Bike rental rates start at DKK 175 per day incl. insurance. The longer you rent, the cheaper it gets. Just ask a Sidekick on our 5th floor and they’ll help you out with renting one.
- I've forgotten to pack my toothbrush, hairbrush and floss. It's 23:00 and I'm totally exhausted. Help!No worries, you can shop for basic items in our (Almost) Everything Store and Vending Machine on our 5th floor – at honest prices of course!
- Are Zoku staff available in the evening?
Zoku is staffed 24/7, which means that you can reach out to our Sidekicks at any time for support.
Just head to our Social Spaces on the 5th floor or dial 0 on your Loft phone to contact them.
- Do you have any recommendations or insider tips for Copenhagen?If there’s anybody who’s got the local lowdown, it’s us! Check out our map with the city’s best hotspots. Didn’t find what you were looking for? Just ask a Sidekick on our 5th floor for additional tips!
- I'd like to receive a package. How does that work?
You can have your package sent to Zoku prior to or during your stay. In order to make sure the package gets into the right hands, it is crucial to write the ‘ship-to’ address including your reservation number for confirmation. The proper mailing address to be used for the shipment of boxes or other parcels to Zoku is as follows:

Upon receipt, parcels are placed in Zoku’s receiving room. When your package is received before its intended arrival, a message is added to your reservation as a reminder upon check-in. You can contact one of our Sidekicks in order to collect your mail.
If we receive your package during your stay, one of our Sidekicks will try to give call your Loft.
For safety reasons, Zoku will not accept any packages, letters, including concert tickets after check-out. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
- I'd like to send a package. How does that work?You can easily send a package from Zoku Copenhagen. The only thing you’ll need to do is to contact one of our Sidekicks to arrange a pickup time for your parcel!
- I've lost something. Can you help?We will do our best to reunite you with your lost item. Simply call us at +45 (0) 89 882 422 and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your beloved. Unfortunately, we cannot hold onto your item for longer than a month, so hurry!
- Is there wifi at Zoku?Besides food and water, Wi-Fi is one of our basic needs. Our WiFi is lightning fast, stable, far-reaching, and free of charge of course!
Eat & Drink
- What do you serve for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner?Breakfast (Mon – Fri: 07.00 – 10.00, Sat – Sun: 08.00 – 10.30): Choose a dish of your choice from our menu plus any extras you’d like off our Kitchen Table. Coffee, tea, and juices are included. Brunch (Sat – Sun: 11.30 – 14.30): Whether you’re a serial bruncher or you’re just in the mood for something light, our à la carte brunch has got something for everyone. Fancy a classic avocado toast? Dream of Eggs Your Way? Why not give in to your sugar cravings with our French Toast? Just stop by on any weekend and take your pick! Lunch (Mon – Fri: 12.00 – 14.00): Our Kitchen Table features an array of healthy and delicious dishes that change daily. You’ll only know what you’ll be having once you arrive, but you can count on a delightful selection of salads, protein options and freshly baked bread every day. Pizza Night (Sun - Mon: 17.30 - 22.00) Dinner (Tue – Sat: 17.30 – 22.00): That’s the philosophy of our dinner menu! Just combine a few of our nibbles, share dishes, and let our food bring you even closer together. Every dish is packed with flavor that you won’t want to miss out on. Oh, and our rooftop terrace is sure to make this dinner a memorable one. These are subject to change, so always make sure to check out our Eat & Drink page for the most updated menus and times.
- I'm arriving in the middle of the night and I'm starving! Can I grab a bite to eat?No worries, our (Almost) Everything Store and Vending Machine on the 5th floor got you! Whether you’re craving a candy bar, wine, or even instant dinner, grab whatever your heart desires and enjoy.
- I've got a date and I want to show off my cooking skills, but I need more kitchenware. What should I do?At Zoku we know that the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach! Find additional kitchen utensils for all your date needs in the Pantry at the end of every Loft floor.
- What are your bar opening times?Sun – Thu: 7.00 – 00.00 Fri – Sat: 7.00 – 01.00 Be sure to check our Eat & Drink page for the most updated and recent opening hours.
- What do your serve in your bar?Whether it’s enjoying an energy boosting coffee in the morning, or treating yourself to a delicious spritzer after a long day’s work, our Kindred Spirits Bar in Copenhagen has everything you’ll need! Come grab a drink in one of our cozy indoor spaces or explore our outdoor green terrace.
- Can I charge my food and drink on my loft's account?Upon authorization of your credit card, you can opt to charge food and drinks on your Loft’s account.
- What are your restaurant opening times?Mon – Fri: 07.00 – 21.30 Sat – Sun: 08.00 – 21.30 These are subject to change, so always make sure to check out our Eat & Drink page for the most updated times.
Work & Meet
- Do you offer any office supplies in the coworking spaces?Yes! Make sure to check out our Workshop Wall & cabinet in our coworking spaces and borrow anything you’d like.
- I'd prefer working in my loft. Do you have office supplies?The Zoku Loft is equipped with some basic office supplies, like a paper roll, a pencil, scissors, tape dispenser, perforator and stapler. In case you need more office supplies, you can book an additional Office Toolbox that includes a printer, notebook, pens, post-its, elastic bands, paper clips, colored markers, pins, ruler and a de-stapler.
- I'm not staying at Zoku and coworking spaces are not private enough. Can I rent a loft to work in for a day?Yes, you can book one of our WorkLofts! After spending a lot of time working from home, you might crave a change of scenery and a safe and private place to get some work done. Our WorkLofts are available for a day, week, or even month, and feature a spacious and bright workspace (our iconic Lofts with the bed tucked away!), plenty of office amenities, food from our Living Kitchen, and coffee, tea, and water at your disposal. - I need to print something. Where can I do that?You can print and bind small documents in the coworking space. For bigger pieces, just ask our Sidekicks about printing services nearby!
- I'd like to book a meeting room. How can I do that?You can scope out our meeting rooms and make a booking directly on our website. Got questions or specific needs? You can also contact us by sending an email to meetcopenhagen@livezoku.com or by calling us at +45 53 63 14 00 (between 9.00 and 17.00). If you are currently staying with us at Zoku, please ask a Sidekick for help, and they’ll get you sorted!
- Besides meeting rooms, do you have other spaces I can use to work?Our rooftop offers plenty of inspiring spaces to cowork! If you're staying with us, you can use our coworking spaces for free. If you're not staying with us, you can buy a Day Pass or get a Monthly Membership. Find out more here. Just coming to catch up with a friend or a colleague? No need to buy a Pass. There’s always a spot to squeeze in, grab a drink, and be social at Zoku.
- I would like to plan an event at Zoku Copenhagen, whom should I contact?We can’t wait to host your next event at Zoku Copenhagen. - Do you have AV equipment?Yes, all of our meeting rooms are equipped with a TV screen that you can easily connect to with an HDMI cable or ClickShare. Presenting to a large group?
