The Rooftop Takeover is suitable for larger events of up to 200 guests in summer with terrace access, and up to 150 guests in winter without the terrace. It works best for company parties, networking evenings, brand pop-ups, and seasonal celebrations where guests can move naturally between different spaces.
Depending on your event format, your takeover can include a mix of indoor and outdoor rooftop areas, from dining and drinks to breakout moments, speeches, and socialising.
The rooftop is designed with a mix of lounge seating, dining tables, and flexible social areas that create a natural flow between spaces. Guests can easily move between the bar, dining areas, and terrace throughout the event.
Warm lighting and rooftop ambiance help set the tone as the evening unfolds, while flexible furniture layouts allow the space to adapt to different event formats, from seated dinners to lively cocktail style celebrations.
Mobile screens, microphones, and speaker setups are available to support welcome talks, short presentations, award moments, or music during your event. The rooftop is designed primarily for social gatherings and celebrations, with tech that enhances the experience without taking over the atmosphere.
For more structured presentations or program moments, events can also make use of the nearby Event Space, allowing you to combine focused sessions with lively rooftop socializing.
Event support staff are present to ensure smooth service throughout your event. Additional staffing or security can be arranged depending on the size and format of your gathering.
Limited storage is available on site for event related items. If you require storage before or after your event, please let the team know in advance so arrangements can be discussed.
Food and drinks are provided by Zoku Copenhagen’s restaurant, The Living Kitchen. Choose from shared dinners, seasonal menus, drinks packages, and add-ons tailored to your group. External catering is not available.
The Rooftop Takeover takes place on Zoku Copenhagen’s rooftop level in Amager, just a short walk from the metro and easy to reach from both the city center and airport. Guests can move between indoor Social Spaces and the terrace, creating a dynamic event experience above the city.

Confirmation & payment
- 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
- Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
- Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.

Minimum spend for Top Floor Takeover events usually ranges from 40,000-100,000 DKK for up to 8Â hours, depending on group size and the rooftop areas you choose to privatize. Food, drinks, and service are included, making it easy to plan your event with confidence.
