Our standard meeting room packages start at 4-hour bookings, but we’re more than happy to see what we can do for you! If you have any questions or custom requests, feel free to call us at +45 53 63 14 00 or email us to meetcopenhagen@livezoku.com.
For cancellations made 3+ months prior to the scheduled meeting or event: 25% of total costs will be charged.
For cancellations made between 1 to 3 months prior: 50% of total costs will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 1 month prior: 100% of total costs will be charged.
When applicable a refund fee may apply.
Yes, we work with a per-person spend, with a minimum of 11 people to book an event. All prices are incl. VAT.
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, and the remaining 50% is needed one month prior to your arrival date.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks.
Payment is due in full on the day you arrive.
Yes, we offer two parking options. You can park in our building’s garage at a rate of 25 DKK per hour (300 DKK per day) or you can park at Amagerfælledvej 144 for 15 DKK per hour (closed from 22:00 to 06:00).
We recommended using the “EasyPark” app, widely used in Copenhagen, for easy and flexible parking. While we can’t pre-book parking spots or have a direct affiliation with these facilities, we’re happy to assist you in finding available parking nearby.
Our closest metro is DR Byen, just a 2 minute walk away from Zoku.
We’re 9 minutes away by car, 12 minutes away by bike and 17 minutes away by public transport.
Buy a Copenhagen Central metro ticket to final destination DR Byen (Ørestad area). From the Københavns Lufthavn metro station, take metro line M2 (direction Vanløse) and get off at Christianshavn. Once you get off at Christianshavn, cross the platform and switch to line M1 (direction Vestamager) and get off at DR Byen. You’ll then spot the reddish orange Zoku Copenhagen building in the distance: just a 2-minute walk away!
