It keeps getting better. Get a quote for one of our larger rooftop meeting rooms and event spaces that fit groups, teams and companies of up to 120 people.

Our largest room is a showstopper. Host your next offsite, training, seminar, or conference overlooking the Vienna skyline)! We can create custom setups for whatever event type you need.

Take in the views and soak up the rays on our rooftop terrace that can be rented privately for up to 40 people. Psst… add the Event Space to make it partially indoors for more people!

FAQs

Our standard meeting room packages start at 4-hour bookings, but we’re more than happy to see what we can do for you! If you have any questions or custom requests, feel free to email us at meetvienna@livezoku.com.

Group size 1-9 people:

  • For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.

  • For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.

  • For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.

  • When applicable a refund fee may apply.

 

Group size 10+ people:

  • For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged.
  • For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.

Yes, there are a few minimum spend requirements for our spaces:

  • Meeting Rooms: These spaces are perfect for groups of at least 6-8 people.
  • Event Space: Ideal for larger gatherings, this space requires a minimum booking for 15-30 people. For evening events from 18:00 onwards, there’s a minimum spend starting at €2,500.

  • 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.

Group size 10+ people:

  • 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 2 months prior to arrival.

You can pay by card or bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks.

Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.

Payment is due in full on the day you arrive. 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event prior to your arrival.

Pull up to the secure indoor parking lot of Messe Wein, located at Perspektivstrasse 4. To pay for parking, there are 2 options: 

  • Pay at the machine. It’s €4,20 per hour.
  • Pay with one of our Sidekicks upstairs. It’s €25,00 for 24 hour parking, which can be charged directly to your company invoice. 

Our closest metro is Messe-Prater, just a 2 minute walk away from Zoku.

We’re 20 minutes all-around! By car, bike, and public transport. 

Grab a ticket and catch the S7 train to Praterstern Station. From there, either take a nice stroll through the Prater or change to the U2 metro towards Wien Seestadt Station, and exit at Messe-Prater Station. Take the Prater exit, turn left and walk for about two minutes until you reach Zoku.
