The Rooftop Takeover is suitable for large scale events of up to 250 guests in summer with our outdoor terrace. It works best for company parties, networking events, after-hours gatherings, and social celebrations where guests can move freely between different rooftop areas including dining spaces, lounges, bar zones, and the terrace.

The rooftop is designed with a mix of lounge seating, dining tables, and flexible social areas that create a natural flow between spaces. Guests can easily move between the bar, dining areas, and terrace throughout the event.

Warm lighting and rooftop ambiance help set the tone as the evening unfolds, while flexible furniture layouts allow the space to adapt to different event formats, from seated dinners to lively cocktail style celebrations.

Mobile screens, microphones, and speaker setups are available to support welcome talks, short presentations, award moments, or music during your event. The rooftop is designed primarily for social gatherings and celebrations, with tech that enhances the experience without taking over the atmosphere.

For more structured presentations or program moments, events can also make use of the nearby Event Space, allowing you to combine focused sessions with lively rooftop socializing.

  • Need to store some stuff before you arrive? Storage can be arranged with Zoku’s Meeting & Events team.

Food and drinks are provided by Zoku Paris’s restaurant, The Living Kitchen. Choose from shared dinners, seasonal menus, drinks packages, and add-ons tailored to your group. External catering is not available.

The Top Floor Takeover takes place on Zoku Paris’s rooftop level, offering exclusive access to a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests can move effortlessly between the bar, terrace, dining areas, and social lounges, creating a dynamic event experience above the city.

With views towards the Tribunal and a central Paris location that is easy to reach by public transport, the rooftop combines atmosphere, accessibility, and flexibility for larger gatherings.

  • Group size 1-9 people

    • 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
    • Payment is due in full upon departure.
    • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
    • Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
    • Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.

    Cancellation policy

    • For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
    • For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
    • For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
    • When applicable a refund fee may apply.

    Group size 10+ people

    • 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 2 months prior to arrival.
    • Payment is due in full upon departure.
    • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
    • Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
    • Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.

    • For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
    • For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged.
    • For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.

     

  • *Customized cancellation policies will be created for exclusive rooftop buyouts, whether with or without Loft bookings. These policies will be tailored based on the event size and total booking value.

Weekend Brunch: Treat yourself to brunch on Saturdays and Sundays for all your weekend event needs. €39 p.p.

Kitchen Table Lunch: Enjoy fresh buffet-style lunch with your choice of protein, salads, veggies, soup, and dessert. €28 p.p.

Tapas, Bites and Desserts: Small nibbles, bites and desserts for 10+ people in our Event Space. €19 p.p.

Shared Dining: Make your personal selection of fresh salads, legumes, soup, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. A sweet dessert is included as well. €55 p.p.
