- Unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks are available from the private kitchenette. Just help yourself once you arrive!

- Food options: Grab breakfast, lunch, tapas, dinner or drinks – the choice is yours! Check out your options below.
- Drink options: barista coffee, beer, wine, or cocktails. We offer various hourly drinks and tapas packages. Just let us know what you’d like to add when submitting your request.
- Room options: just let us know how many Lofts you’d like to book when submitting your request. All Lofts sleep 1-2 people and have their own private kitchen, large work table, and living room.

- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
- Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
- Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.

- 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 2 months prior to arrival.
- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.

Because we’re also a hotel with 109 Lofts on-site, you can book overnight rooms along with your event. If you’re hosting a multi-day workshop or have guests traveling in, staying on site means no commute, more flexibility and smoother logistics.
We keep it transparent:
For groups of 1-9 people: 75% deposit is needed to confirm the event, no cancellation fee if canceled ≥14 days ahead; 50% if canceled 13-8 days ahead; 100% if less than 7 days ahead.Â
For groups of 10+ people: 75% deposit is required at least 2 months prior; no cancellation fee if canceled ≥2 months ahead; 50% if less than 2 months and up to 1 month; 100% if less than 1 month.Â

Yes, servicing your event’s food and drink is part of our offering. From the kitchenette snacks to full meals, we’ve got you.
Examples: unlimited coffee/tea/snacks from the kitchenette; breakfast, lunch, dinner or tapas packages; drinks such as cocktails, wine, beer by the hour. We’ll work with you to customize the menu so it fits your event format and budget.
If you need to drop off materials before your event, or store things during, our Meeting & Events team will organize storage or early access for you. We know setting up takes time, so we aim to make it as smooth as possible. We also have an elevator to easily move any heavy equipment.

We do! Theatre setup seats around 60 guests comfortably and we can adjust the layout to match your meeting style. You will have access to a retractable screen, projector, sound system, microphones, HDMI or Airtame connectivity and on-site support from our team.

Zoku Paris is in the 17th arrondissement at 48 Avenue de la Porte de Clichy. We are a short walk from the Porte de Clichy metro station on Line 14, which connects quickly to central Paris and major train stations. It is easy for guests to reach by metro, bus or taxi.
