Our standard meeting room packages start at 4-hour bookings, but we’re more than happy to see what we can do for you! If you have any questions or custom requests, feel free to call or email us to meetparis@livezoku.com.
Group size 1-9 people:
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.
Group size 10+ people:
For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- For our 8-hour package, we kindly request a minimum spend of €2,200.
- For evening events beginning at 18:30, the minimum spend is €1,200 to ensure a fabulous gathering!
Group size 1-9 people:
75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment is due in full upon departure.
Group size 1-10 people:
- 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 2 months prior to arrival.
- Payment is due in full upon departure.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks.
Payment is due in full on the day you arrive.
The nearest parking option is the parking garage at Parking Indigo Palais de Justice, just a 5 minute walk away. It costs €39 a day, and you can safely store your car there indoors. Simply park your car and pay with us on the 8th floor once you arrive, or reserve a daily, weekly or monthly parking pass here.
Our closest metro is Porte de Clichy, just a 2-minute walk away from Zoku.
We’re 21 minutes away by car, 15 minutes away by cycle, and 25-30 minutes away by metro and bus.
Get the RER B train (Direction Massy-Palaiseau) to Chatelet Les Halles. Walk for 4 minutes to the Châtelet Metro station and take line 14 (Direction Mairie de Saint-Ouen) to Porte de Clichy. Once you exit the metro station, walk down Avenue de la Porte de Clichy for about 3 minutes, and you’ll see Zoku Paris on the right side of the street next to the grocery store.
Grab a metro ticket and take the Orlyval metro line to metro stop Antony. From Antony, you can transfer to the RER B train (Direction Massy-Palaiseau) and get off at stop Chatelet Les Halles. Exit the train station and walk for 4 minutes to the Châtelet metro station, taking line 14 (Direction Mairie de Saint-Ouen) to stop Porte de Clichy. Exit the metro station and walk down Avenue de la Porte de Clichy. You’ll then find Zoku Paris on the right-hand side, only 3 minutes away!
