Bye-bye traditional hotel rooms. We did 150 interviews with our target audience and made 6 different prototypes to create the award-winning Zoku Loft: a spacious micro apartment designed for living comfortably and working efficiently.
In a regular hotel room or studio apartment, the bed always dominates. In the Zoku Loft, the big kitchen table serves as the focal point, shifting the center of the space from the bed to the living room. Now you have a truly livable home to explore Paris and work abroad for as long as you want.

Unlike traditional hotels where you sleep in a room and work at a desk (if you’re lucky), Zoku is designed for people who live, work, and play across borders. Your Loft is your base. Everything else? It’s your Parisian neighborhood in the sky.
We offer a range of Lofts and rooms designed to fit how long you’re staying and how you want to live:

Zoku Loft XL: Everything in the Loft but with even more space.

Yes! We’ve got you covered. On the 8th-floor rooftop of Zoku Paris you’ll find our in-house gym, free for all in-house guests and coworking members. It includes cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, spin bike), free weights and machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, yoga mats: everything you need for a simple yet effective workout. It’s accessible any time during your stay (just scan your keycard) so you can keep your routine strong, whether you’re here for business, leisure or longer stay.
