Zoku Copenhagen is a new type of business hotel on the 5th-floor rooftop in the Ørestad neighbourhood. It combines smart private Lofts with shared Social Spaces — a rooftop coworking area, a Living Kitchen restaurant, a bar, and flexible meeting and event spaces. The concept is built for professionals who want a home-and-office hybrid, but the spaces are also open to external groups for meetings, events, offsites and personal celebrations. It has been B Corp certified since 2025.

Most hotel meeting rooms are underground or windowless, serve generic catering, and feel like any other corporate box. Zoku Copenhagen’s meeting rooms are on the 5th-floor rooftop with natural daylight, panoramic views over Copenhagen, and flexible layouts. Pricing includes proper food (breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee) not just a jug of water. The Living Kitchen restaurant serves seasonal, honest food. There’s also a beer tap in the Event Space, a private terrace, and 160 Lofts on-site if your group wants to stay the night.

Zoku Copenhagen is at Amagerfælledvej 108, 2300 Copenhagen — in the Ørestad district, just south of Islands Brygge. The closest metro stop is DR Byen, a 2-minute walk away. From Copenhagen Central Station it takes about 10 minutes by metro. From Copenhagen Airport it takes around 23 minutes. There is parking in the building garage at 25 DKK/hour.

Anyone can book the meeting rooms and event spaces at Zoku Copenhagen, you don’t need to be staying there. External companies, teams, and individuals book the spaces for day meetings, offsites, parties, weddings, confirmation dinners and more. Overnight stays in the Lofts can be added on, but they are completely optional.

Zoku Copenhagen has 5 rooftop meeting rooms on the 5th floor, plus 10 MeetingLofts on the lower floors (floors 1–4). The rooftop rooms range from 4 to 28 people, and the Event Space handles up to 80 people (or up to 130 with the Party Pop-Up extension). The MeetingLofts are private spaces for 2–4 people.

The 5 rooftop meeting rooms are: Work is Not a Job Room (4–6 people, 15m²), Work & Play Room (5–10 people, 18m²), Not a Bored Room (6–13 people, 30m²), Think Bigger Room (11–28 people, 45m²), and the Event Space (up to 80 people, 110m²). The MeetingLoft on floors 1–4 fits 2–4 people in a private apartment-style setting.

All half-day (4-hour) and full-day (8-hour) meeting packages include: meeting room access, speedy Wi-Fi, pens and notepads, an LED screen or projector, whiteboard or flipchart, still and sparkling water, unlimited coffee and tea, and healthy lunch in the Living Kitchen restaurant. The 4-hour package adds either a morning or afternoon snack. The 8-hour package includes both a morning and afternoon snack.

Meeting room packages at Zoku Copenhagen start at 715 DKK per person for a 4-hour booking, and 970 DKK per person for an 8-hour booking. All prices include VAT and cover the room, Wi-Fi, equipment, water, coffee, tea, snacks and lunch. Food and drinks upgrades, such as tapas, a 3-course dinner or drinks packages — can be added on top.

Yes, all 5 rooftop meeting rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with natural daylight and views over Copenhagen. This is one of the defining features of the venue. The MeetingLofts on the lower floors are private apartment-style spaces with their own kitchen and bathroom, but without rooftop views.

All rooftop meeting rooms include either a 48″ LED TV screen or a projector and screen. The Event Space and Think Bigger Room have both a projector and sliding whiteboard walls. A video conferencing camera can be added to any room for 500 DKK. All rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi.

Yes. The Not a Bored Room (30m², 6–13 people) is set up as a boardroom with a rectangular table, whiteboard wall, 48″ screen and natural daylight. It is designed for strategy sessions, presentations and focused group work. The MeetingLoft (28m², 2–4 people) is also set up boardroom-style in a fully private setting.

The Event Space is 110m² and accommodates up to 80 people in a standard setup, or up to 100 people for a standing dinner. Combined with the Party Pop-Up extension, the total capacity reaches 130 people. The space has multiple layout options (theatre, roundtable, cabaret, U-shape, boardroom, standing), a projector, sliding whiteboard walls, a private pantry, a beer tap, and access to a 32m² private terrace.

The Party Pop-Up is a 290m² add-on space located directly next to the Event Space. It includes a large gathering area, extra snack and drinks space, a kitchen pantry with beer tap, and a 32m² outdoor terrace. When combined with the Event Space, the total standing capacity reaches 130 people. It’s a popular add-on for company parties, wedding receptions and birthday celebrations that need room to dance or mingle.

Yes! The Private Terrace at Zoku Copenhagen is 50m² and holds up to 50 people. It is available to book privately for after-work drinks, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and relaxed summer socials with city views. It can be booked on its own or added to the Event Space for extra outdoor flow.

The Event Space (110m²) supports theatre (up to 75 people), roundtable/banquet (63 people), cabaret (63 people), U-shape (20 people), boardroom (20 people), and standing (up to 100 people, or 130 with the Party Pop-Up). The sliding whiteboard walls can also reconfigure the room for breakout use.

Yes! Zoku Copenhagen’s Event Space handles 80 people seated or 100 standing, and with the Party Pop-Up extension, it fits up to 130 people standing. The Private Terrace adds outdoor space for up to 50 people. All are on the 5th-floor rooftop with city views, natural daylight and on-site catering.

Yes. Zoku Copenhagen has 160 Lofts on floors 1–4, directly below the rooftop meeting and event spaces. All Lofts come with a full kitchen, a large 4-person table, a king-size bed and a sofa. Group booking discounts are available for 5 or more Lofts. It makes a multi-day offsite or evening celebration much simpler — no one needs to rush for a taxi.

The dinner menu is seasonal and changes regularly.
