FAQs
Zoku is a re-invented apartment hotel, and one of the best of its kind in Copenhagen. Every Loft comes with a full kitchen, a proper living space, and a lofted bed that tucks away so your room doesn’t feel like a bedroom 24/7. Add hotel-level amenities like a rooftop restaurant, bar, coworking space, and a team of Sidekicks ready to help, and you’ve got something that’s genuinely hard to put in a box. (We like it that way.)
Yes! All residents get 24/7 access to our rooftop coworking space, with fast WiFi and great coffee always close by. If you want a more permanent setup, the WorkZoku membership gets you unlimited daily access, 15% off food and drinks, event invites, and even the option to register your business at our address. Not staying with us? Day passes are available to everyone for 199 DKK, including lunch and coffee. Just head up to the rooftop and ask one of our Sidekicks.
The Zoku Loft is designed for modern business travel with a large work table, strong WiFi, natural daylight, and separate sleeping and living areas. Many guests choose Zoku Copenhagen because it offers a more flexible and comfortable alternative to a standard business hotel.
Zoku Lofts are ideal for remote work and hybrid working lifestyles. The Loft layout supports focused work, while the rooftop coworking spaces and social areas offer a change of scenery whenever you need it.
Every Zoku Loft includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave grill, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials. Whether you’re staying a few nights or several months, you can cook and live just like at home.
You’ll find us at Amagerfælledvej 108, 2300 Copenhagen S, in the neighbourhood of Ørestad. It’s a modern, well-connected part of the city with direct metro access to the city centre and Copenhagen Airport. Great for business travel, easy for exploring, and quiet enough to actually get some sleep.
Yes. Our rooftop meeting rooms are built for real work: strategy sessions, workshops, team catch-ups, podcasts, video calls, you name it. They’re bookable by guests and non-guests alike, come with fast WiFi and AV setup, and have easy access to food and drinks from the Living Kitchen. WorkZoku members get 15% off all bookings.
The standard Zoku Loft in Copenhagen is 24m² (269ft²). While compact in size, the Loft is designed to feel much more spacious than a traditional hotel room thanks to its smart layout, elevated bed, large table, and generous storage space.
Guests staying in a Zoku Loft have access to rooftop social spaces, coworking areas, a restaurant and bar, laundry facilities, community events, and long stay perks. These shared spaces are a big part of what makes staying at Zoku feel social, inspiring, and connected.
Zoku Lofts are specifically designed for extended stays, work trips, relocations, and temporary housing in Copenhagen. With a full kitchen, lots of storage, a dedicated workspace, and weekly cleaning included, the Loft feels more like a real home than a traditional hotel room.
It does, and it’s where the good stuff happens. Our Social Spaces on the 5th floor are open to all residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll find the Living Kitchen restaurant, the Kindred Spirits Bar, outdoor green terraces, a coworking space, private meeting rooms, and an event space up there. Rain or shine, there’s always somewhere to land.
It’s where they tend to end up! Danish media called Zoku Copenhagen “Denmark’s first hotel for digital nomads,” and it’s easy to see why. You get a private Loft with everything you need, fast WiFi, a 24/7 coworking space, and a ready-made community of like-minded people to have dinner with when you’ve had enough of staring at a screen. The WorkZoku membership is great if you’re staying for a while and want a consistent work setup and social life built in.
Yes. If you’re moving to Copenhagen and need somewhere to land while you sort out a permanent place, Zoku is a great option. The fully-equipped Lofts give you a real home base, and our Community Manager is there to help you get settled into the city. You can submit a relocation request directly on our website, and our team will take it from there.
We have five types across 160 Lofts. The Zoku Loft (24m², sleeps 1 to 2) is our signature space: split-level, full kitchen, king-size bed. The Zoku Loft XL (28m², sleeps 1 to 2) adds a bit more breathing room plus gym rings if you’re that way inclined. The Zoku Loft XXL (40m², sleeps up to 4) is the one for groups, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens. The Zoku Movie Room (27m², sleeps 1 to 2) has a giant projector screen in front of the bed, because why not. And the Zoku Room (16m², sleeps 1 to 2) is a compact, cozy option for shorter stays. All room types include full access to the rooftop Social Spaces.

A serviced apartment is typically a standalone rental with minimal services. Zoku Copenhagen combines the space and kitchen of a serviced apartment with hotel services, a 24-hour rooftop and team on-site, weekly cleaning, and extra social amenities like coworking, dining, and a bar. You also land in a community of like-minded residents rather than an empty building.
