You guessed it: it’s bigger than the (already spacious) Zoku Loft. The Zoku Loft is a flexible apartment that offers all the necessary facilities to live comfortably and work efficiently. Each Loft XL sleeps two and contains a full living room, kitchen, bathroom, and big kitchen table. In simple terms: it’s the perfect place to live, work, or simply hang out. To personalize it a bit, you can even choose your favorite artwork to hang on the walls. When you’re ready to be social, head up to our rooftop Social Spaces and get unlimited access to everything you could need: a cozy living room, restaurant, bar, terrace, coworking space, and gym.

Zoku comes in green, both inside and out. We pride ourselves on our wide collection of potted plants. But it’s our rooftop terrace that hits peak green. Ah, the views! This is just the place to kick back and relax in a comfy hammock or gaze upon the Paris skyline while (literally) hanging out in one of our swings.

Experience our cozy, in-house Zoku Gym with cardio and fitness equipment, weights, and yoga mats for a variety of workouts. It’s located on our 8th floor and has everything you need to get a simple yet effective workout in! You may even catch a glimpse of a football match while you run.
