For the second edition, Zoku’s own Head Chef Amine Guedada is teaming up with the Michelin star chef Enzo Scaramuzzino, chef and owner of Le Plongeoir d’en Face and Amarelle Traiteur, to create a one-night-only menu that blends their unique styles, influences, and philosophies on food.
