- 290m2Â incl. Event Space (115m2) and two terraces (32m2 each)Â
- Ping pong table or sitting table that can seat 10 people. It can also be removed upon request for more space.
- Two rectangular tables that seat 6 people each. It can also be removed upon request for more space.
- Natural sunlight with large windows overlooking the terrace.
- Ability to add colored party lights upon request.
- Workshop wall that can be converted into a private bar area.
- Lunch is included in a 4-hour and an 8-hour daytime events.Â
Indulge in coffee from the Nespresso machine and tea, both conveniently located within the space. Our team will also offer snacks for your enjoyment in the same comfortable setting.

Confirmation & payment
- 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
- Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
- Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.
