Enjoy a Mobility & Release class by hybrid8. Reward yourself with this unconventional class to release stress and tension throughout your body (e.g. shoulders, spine, hip). Learn how to properly use fascia rolls and fascia balls, how to massage yourself and improve your flexibility
When you’re done, you’re welcome to make use of our Changing Room and shower and enjoy brunch in our rooftop restaurant, views included! Just order your favorite item off our à la carte menu and pay for the brunch directly on-site.
