Meet Amine, our Head Chef
We are thrilled to introduce you to our Head Chef, Amine, who brings an explosion of flavors and passion to our rooftop. A self-taught and true culinary maestro, Amine draws his inspiration from his Algerian roots and the rich flavors of Maghrebi culture. His dishes, both authentic and generous, celebrate sharing and reflect the deep connection between cuisine and heritage. Amine has crafted a fall menu that highlights the exquisite flavors of the Levant and Maghreb. From delicate spices to refined textures, every dish is a culinary masterpiece designed to awaken and amaze all your senses.

At Zoku, you can experience all the seasons in a highly urban environment. Our rooftop comes in all sorts of lush green, both inside and out. We pride ourselves on our floor-to-ceiling windows and bursts of green all around our Social Spaces.
On the rooftop of our building is a garden where small, roof-farmed herbs are grown and served to be enjoyed in our Living Kitchen restaurant. To enjoy the great outdoors, just take a seat in one of our hammocks or lounge chairs while taking in one of the most unique views in Paris. The view of the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris is seriously one-of-a-kind.
