At Zoku Paris, our cancellation policy is the following:
Group size 1-9 people:
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.
Group size 10+ people:
For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
Group size 1-9 people:
75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment is due in full upon departure.
Group size 1-10 people:

At Zoku Paris: Payment by card or bank transfer only (no cash or checks).
Deposit:

At Zoku Paris: There is nearby parking at the Parking Indigo Palais de Justice, just a 5 minute walk away. Indoor, costs ~€39/day. Simply park your car and pay with us on the 8th floor once you arrive, or reserve a daily, weekly or monthly parking pass here.

At Zoku Paris our 4-hour rate: €75 per person* includes meeting room access, high-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps), pens/notepads, LED screen or projector, whiteboard/flipchart, still & sparkling water, unlimited coffee/tea/cookies, natural daylight & rooftop views, access to rooftop spaces & terrace, morning snack + afternoon snack + buffet-style lunch. The 8-hour/full-day rate: €100 per person* with the same inclusions.
For Zoku Paris: the Event Space (8-hour package) has a minimum spend of €2,200. For evening events beginning at 18:30, the minimum spend is €1,200 excl. VAT.
