For this edition, Zoku’s Head Chef Amine Guedada welcomes Nna Nora, co-founder of Majouja and a powerful voice in Algerian and Kabyle cuisine. Cooking from instinct and memory, Nna Nora carries the soul of her heritage in every dish—a heartfelt legacy passed down from her mother and grandmother.
