Tandem Culinaire is Zoku Paris’s signature dining series where two chefs join forces to craft a one-night-only tasting menu.Â
For this edition, Zoku’s Head Chef Amine Guedada partners with Marjane Bouazdi, a French-Algerian chef known for turning North African street food into vibrant, contemporary art. With past collaborations that include Nike and Courir, Marjane is as much a storyteller as she is a chef, blending scenography, flavor, and heritage into each dish.
