Flow with Monique

Enjoy a yoga session hosted by Monique, in our Event Space. Monique is a yoga instructor who believes movement is less about perfection and more about presence. Her classes aren’t focused on touching your toes or achieving the “ideal” pose and are suitable for anyone looking to reconnect with their body and breath. Afterwards, make use of our changing room and shower to freshen up after the session.

Brunch in The Living Kitchen

After the yoga session, head to our rooftop restaurant, The Living Kitchen, for a delicious & healthy brunch. Order your favorite item off our à la carte menu, pay for the brunch directly on-site and sit back and dig into your meal while taking in an amazing view of the Prater.
