With a kitchenette and Nespresso machine at your disposal, you can settle in for a full day of focused work without interruptions. - Take a quick break with a view with unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks from our Coffee Corner on the 6th floor. There’s also a private kitchen in your MeetingLoft, so you can also enjoy unlimited Nespresso coffee and a tea kettle from the comfort of your own room.
- Buffet-style lunch is included for everyone attending the 8-hour meeting. It can be enjoyed from our restaurant on the rooftop.
- You can request additional food and drink packages quote with barista coffee, beer, wine, cocktails, breakfast, or dinner. Scroll down the page to explore all of your options.
- Located on floors 1-5 of Zoku in private Loft.
- East- or west-facing view depends on which Loft is assigned.
Confirmation & payment:
- 75% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, latest 14 days prior to arrival.
- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.
- Please note that cash or checks are not accepted as payment methods.
- Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.
Cancellation policy:
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.
- 4-hour meeting: Minimum spend starting at €166.
- 8-hour meeting: Minimum spend starting at €224.
- All meeting room prices are including VAT.

The MeetingLoft is available as an 8-hour package starting at €450 p.p., including VAT. It’s designed for full-day use so your team can settle in and stay productive without interruptions.
The MeetingLoft includes a Nespresso machine and kitchenette, so you can make your own coffee or tea throughout the day. You can also pre-order meals, snacks, or coffee breaks from Zoku’s Living Kitchen, which we’ll deliver straight to your private workspace.
