- Payment is due in full upon departure.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card fees may apply.

- Billing by invoice can be made on a case-by-case basis. If the invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we have permission to charge you for the full outstanding amount with additional administrative costs.

Cancellation policy:
Group size 1-9 people
- For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 13 – 8 days prior to a scheduled booking, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
- When applicable a refund fee may apply.
Group size 10+ people
- For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged.
Yes, our Event Space has a minimum spend starting at €6.000 per day.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks.
Yes, we have a gated outdoor parking lot with 21 parking spaces (including 2 charging points for electric cars), as well as private bike and scooter parking. These spaces cost €35 per day and are located right behind our building on Weesperstraat. You can reserve a spot in advance by downloading the VICKY parking app.
Our closest metro is Weesperplein, just a 3 minute walk away from Zoku.
We’re 10 minutes all-around! By car, bike, and public transport.
Grab a train ticket at the airport and catch any route headed to Amsterdam Zuid Station. Once you arrive at Zuid Station, take Metro 51 (direction Centraal Station) and exit at stop Weesperplein. Start walking along Weesperstraat until you see Zoku on your right-hand side, only a 4-minute walk away. We’re 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport away.
