  • Yes, Zoku is proudly pet-friendly! You’re welcome to bring one furry friend (up to 20kg) to any Loft or Loft XL.

    Cleaning fees depend on your stay:

    • Hotel stays: €15/DKK115 per day

    • Short stays (7–28 nights): €95/DKK715 weekly

    • Long stays: €250/DKK1875 per month

    • Service dogs? Free of charge.

Pets can enjoy our Lofts, Social Spaces, and terraces under a few simple conditions, outlined in our “Pawlicy (yes, we made it cute).

  • You bring it to the city registration office

  • For Paris, a “justificatif de domicile” is provided and must be signed by the General Manager.

Yes, absolutely. We can issue invoices directly in your company’s name for both short- and long-stay bookings. Just share the required billing details (company name, address, and VAT number if applicable) during the booking process, and our Reservations team will make sure all invoices are set up correctly.

If you need consolidated invoices, monthly billing, or support for expense reporting, we’re happy to arrange that too. Simply let us know your company’s requirements.

Whether you’re landing for two weeks, two months, or something more open-ended, our Lofts are designed to feel like a real home from day one.

Yes, you can officially register at Zoku in all our locations as long as you’re staying 28 nights or more.

We help you with the paperwork too:
Just share your date of birth, place of birth, and full name (as on your passport), and we’ll prepare the municipal document you’ll need.

Paris requires one extra step: we’ll provide a justificatif de domicile signed by our General Manager.

Absolutely, your Loft has a fully equipped kitchen, including:
