Located just minutes from central Amsterdam in the Eastern Canal District, Zoku Amsterdam is a local landmark and community hub. It has 133 pioneering Zoku Lofts, as well as our famous greenhouse and rooftop garden.

Just five minutes from the city center by metro, Zoku Copenhagen is situated on the vibrant Amager Island with easy access to many points of interest in the city. It accommodates 160 Zoku Lofts – our biggest Zoku yet!

Located in the central Second District of Leopoldstadt, Zoku Vienna is nearby the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Messe Wien Conference Center, and the iconic Prater park. It features 131 Zoku Lofts, including our first ever Loft with a balcony.

Located opposite the iconic “Tribunal Judiciaire” judicial court building in the 17th District of Paris, Zoku Paris is our fourth home-office hybrid in Europe. It will feature 109 Lofts, plus an exciting new addition – an outdoor terrace with a fireplace!

here's what you can do
Zoku aims to create a global community of like-minded individuals and provide an offline environment in which they can thrive. While creating this network of Zokus around the world, we would love you to be our eyes and ears in finding the best future location. We want to listen to the people that know and love Zoku the most to determine where our next Zoku should be. These are people from all over the world who know their hometown better than anyone and think that Zoku would be a good fit. Do you have a suggestion?

Some things we keep in mind when selecting a location
What we're looking for:
Conversions of existing offices or hotels
New building sites or clearable sites
Mixed-use developments and buildings
Any other interesting finds that fit the Zoku concept

We are open to various deal structures, preferably growth through management agreements where Zoku operates the building in exchange for a performance-based fee. Other options that we consider are lease agreements that align the interests of both parties, where we are also prepared to co-invest in the real estate.
In general, we like to work with local partners. For our involvement, our team will be intensively involved throughout the development process to ensure that the properties are both delivered on-time and in compliance with our brand standards.
