Hotel Stays at Zoku

Stay for a night, a week or a few months. Zoku gives you your own private Loft to sleep, live and work in, plus rooftop spaces to eat, cowork, relax and meet others.

Stay at one of our FOUR aparthotels across Europe

One place for work, rest and everything in between.

Zoku is designed for the way people travel today. Your private Loft gives you much more than a place to sleep, while our shared rooftop Social Spaces give you plenty of reasons to leave your room.

Start the day over breakfast, get some work done from the rooftop, head out into the city, come back for dinner and end up chatting over a drink at the bar. Whether you’re traveling for work, stretching a business trip into the weekend or simply exploring somewhere new, everything is here when you need it.

What makes the Zoku Loft different

Equipped for
comfortable living

Not quite a hotel room. Not quite an apartment. The Zoku Loft gives you space to sleep, cook, work, relax and make yourself at home.

Designed for
productive work

A proper table, fast Wi-Fi and plenty of places to focus mean you don’t have to balance your laptop on the end of the bed.

Shared rooftop
Social Spaces

Head to our rooftop for coworking, breakfast, dinner, drinks or simply somewhere different to spend an afternoon.

Stay as long
as you like

Come for a night, settle in for a few weeks or make Zoku your launch pad while moving to a new city. The Loft is designed for any length of stay.

Community
when you want it

Spend time on your own or head upstairs when you want a change of scenery, a conversation or simply someone else to cook dinner.

Make the place
feel like home

A true home should reflect one’s personal taste. Art on these walls can be swapped at the Art Swap down the hall. Feel free to go nuts!

The Zoku Loft

Your home-office hybrid

We took the traditional hotel room and shifted the focus away from the bed.

At the center of every Zoku Loft is a large table made for working, eating, planning tomorrow’s adventures or inviting someone over. The bed is tucked away upstairs, leaving you with an open living space that feels more like a compact apartment than somewhere you simply sleep.

Thoughtful storage, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to settle in make the Loft work just as well for a quick city trip as it does for a longer stay.

Loft features:

  • Sleeps 1–2 people
  • King-size lofted bed
  • Full kitchen
  • Living area
  • 4-person table
  • Fast Wi-Fi
  • Smart storage
  • Personalized artwork

Rooftop Social Spaces

Your Loft is private. The rest of Zoku is yours to explore.

Our rooftop Social Spaces bring together everything from coworking tables and cozy living rooms to The Living Kitchen restaurant, Kindred Spirits bar and outdoor terraces.

Grab breakfast before heading out. Settle in with your laptop for a few hours. Meet a friend for dinner. Join one of our events. Or find a quiet corner and watch the city go by.

No matter your location, you’ll always find:

  • The Living Kitchen restaurant
  • Kindred Spirits bar
  • Coworking spaces
  • Living Room
  • Meeting rooms
  • Rooftop terraces and green spaces
  • A fully filled calendar with regular events

Work trip? Make more of it.

Zoku was created as an antidote to traditional business hotels.

Here, you have a place to focus when there’s work to do, room to properly switch off when there isn’t and shared spaces where a solo trip doesn’t have to feel quite so solo.

  • A proper workspace in your Loft
  • Fast Wi-Fi throughout
  • Coworking and meeting spaces
  • Breakfast, dinner and drinks upstairs
  • Plenty of room to switch off after work
  • Shared spaces where a solo trip feels a little less solo

Finish your presentation. Close your laptop. Head upstairs. See where the evening takes you.

FAQs

You can currently stay at Zoku in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna. Each location has its own neighborhood and local character, but you’ll find the same core Zoku experience in every city: private Lofts designed for living as well as sleeping, plus shared spaces that make it easy to feel at home while you’re away.

Zoku’s signature room is the Loft. It’s designed to feel more like a compact apartment than a traditional hotel room, with a lofted bed, living area, kitchen, large table and plenty of smart storage. The idea is simple: give you enough space to actually live in your room, rather than having the bed take over the whole space.

Yes, absolutely. You can book Zoku for a single night, a weekend away or a few days in the city. The Lofts are designed to work just as well for shorter stays, whether you’re traveling for work, adding a night onto a business trip or simply planning a city break.

Yes. Longer stays are a big part of what Zoku was designed for. Having your own kitchen, proper table, living space and storage makes it much easier to settle into everyday life, especially if you’re staying for work, an assignment, relocation or an extended visit to the city.

Very much so. Zoku was created with modern work travel in mind. Your Loft gives you a comfortable place to sleep, but also enough space to work properly, eat, relax and switch off at the end of the day. It’s a good option if you want the practicality of a business hotel without the typical business-hotel feel.

Yes. You definitely don’t need to be traveling for work to stay at Zoku. The Lofts work well for city breaks, weekends away and longer leisure trips too. You get the privacy of your own space, while still having access to the atmosphere and shared spaces throughout the hotel when you feel like being around other people.

Yes. Zoku Lofts are designed for up to two guests, making them suitable for solo travelers as well as couples, friends or colleagues sharing a stay. The layout is designed to make good use of the space, with the bed tucked away so the main living area stays open during the day.

Yes. Zoku Lofts come with a fully equipped kitchen, so you have the option to cook for yourself whenever you want. That might mean making a quick breakfast before heading out, keeping snacks and drinks in the fridge or cooking dinner on a night when you’d rather stay in.

Yes. If you’re traveling with colleagues, friends or family, you can book multiple Lofts at the same Zoku location. It means everyone gets their own private space while still staying together under one roof, which can be especially useful for work trips, group city breaks or longer stays.

Start with the city you’re visiting, then take a look at the neighborhood and property pages to see which setting suits your plans best. Zoku is currently in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna, and while each location has its own feel, they all share the same approach to staying: private Lofts, thoughtful design and more room to live than you’d usually get from a hotel room.
