Elsa Papazachariou is a Legal Counsel at the adidas Group. She is currently a Resident at Zoku, whilst living in Amsterdam on an assignment.
What brings you to Amsterdam?
My work and my openness to new challenges ? My career has brought me to Amsterdam, so one of my wishes, to work abroad in a multinational company, has been granted!
How long have you stayed at Zoku?
I have stayed at Zoku for about a month (I arrived on 17th May). My thoughts are that I instantly felt like a member of the clan/family – that is what Zoku stands for; all the people working here and the warm and buzzing environment contributed greatly towards that!
What’s a life-changing book, song, film or event you’d like to recommend to others?
One of my favourite films (although it is quite old) is the “Dead Poets’ Society”. I have watched it 100 times and each time it gives out a new feeling, a new element I had not discovered before.
Which book have you gifted the most, and why?
I always consider the personality of the receiver, so I do not gift the same thing to different people. However, as a rule, I like gifting poetry books because they provide some kind of magic and surrealism.
