As a Sidekick, you will be the go-to person, connector and problem solver for our residents. Although no day looks quite the same in this role, you can find yourself doing anything from welcoming visitors, helping residents check in and out, all the way to showing off your barista skills at our Kindred Spirits rooftop bar.

The job of a Sidekick is highly versatile, flexible and focused completely around making people feel at ease during their entire time with us. You will need to love sharing advice, looking after people and building a nest for our residents – while always striving to provide service in better and more creative ways. Sound like a fit?

A friendly first impression

Be the first point of contact for anyone walking through our doors. This means providing a friendly hello, a warm smile, a small chat and making people feel happy and comfortable throughout their entire time with us.


Helping people feel at home right away

You’ll be the first person a resident meets when they check-in, and the last person they see when they check-out. You’ll be there to help support their arrival, check-in and check-out process and to help answer any questions that come up.


Master of the bar & kitchen right hand

You’ll be both a barista and master server in our Kindred Spirits bar & Living Kitchen restaurant. Help prepare/serve drinks and food while acting as a social connector for residents, guests and members - you'll meet interesting people too!


Creating memorable meetings

Local people meet for the day at Zoku too. Embrace your inner event planner by setting up our meeting rooms, styling the meeting and event spaces, and providing great service throughout a company’s meeting with us.

  • You have worked in hospitality or in a similar customer-facing industry.
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Austria.
  • You are fully flexible, so no fixed working days/hours.
  • You love to work hard, as we need you full-time.

  • A market conform salary package, in accordance with experience and know-how. €1.853 gross per month (based on full time) including insurance and 14 salaries.
