As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and signing new partnerships for our living, working, and meeting propositions at Zoku Copenhagen.

STAY AT ZOKU:

  • As our Sales Manager, you will help fill all Lofts with contracts from our ideal target audience: including corporate business travel, international relocations and temporary expat housing.
  • Our Lofts function for various lengths of stays: from hotel stay, to short stay, to long stay. Focusing on our growth strategies, you will help ensure we get a strategic combination of all business types in throughout the calendar year.

WORK & MEET AT ZOKU:

  • On top of attracting business for accommodation, the Sales Manager will also be responsible for getting local, Danish-based businesses to routinely use our rooftop Meeting & Event Spaces.
  • You will also attract international companies who want to experience the Future of Work. This includes meeting solutions for both day-to-day business functions, as well as multi-day offsites, retreats, and workcations for remote employees.

  • Participate in weekly revenue management meetings.
  • Co-create budget for upcoming quarter & year.
  • Analyze commercial performance and property budget.

Global account management

  • Manage current business accounts.
  • Negotiate new contracts and renegotiations.
  • Increase performance of existing client portfolios.
  • Acquire new accounts that fit our target audience.

Collaborate with marketing

  • Support centralized marketing team with marketing activities & feedback in Copenhagen.
  • Have weekly alignment call to support local initiatives.
  • Provide knowledge and insights about Danish trends, events, and holidays.

  • You have experience in a similar sales function in the hospitality industry.
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit.
  • You love to work, as we need you full-time (37 hours).
  • You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.
  • You are fluent in both English and Danish, other languages are a plus.
