We are looking for a Reservations & Communications Coordinator to join Zoku’s Commercial team in Amsterdam. In this role you will be our future resident’s first point of contact. You will be responsible for coordinating anything having to do with communication and reservations for our location in Amsterdam, but also for our other properties in Copenhagen & Vienna and soon Paris. You’ll be talking to the most interesting residents, partners and bookers and are responsible for creating a loyal fanbase of people, who will never book or stay anywhere else, if the city has a Zoku. You will be working alongside a team of commercial rockstars – closely together with the other Reservations & Communications and Meeting & Events Coordinators, as well as with the Reservations interns. You will be reporting to Zoku’s Reservations Manager.

You will manage all internal and external phone calls, handle all sorts of enquiries via email, social media and our live chat, all whilst assisting in-house residents with any query they may have. A Jack or Jane of all trades when it comes to providing excellent customer service!

You will manage all incoming requests and process corporate and individual bookings in the reservation system. You will work together with the revenue manager on bigger group booking requests, you will organize and give tours to potential residents and partners, all whilst making sure all bookings are entered properly in the property management system (including deposits, rate codes and guest information).

You will handle financial tasks such as commission checks, sending invoices and handling payments, you will take care of diverse reports with regards to reservations, room revenue and occupancy, all whilst maximizing and identifying sales opportunities.

You will maintain and optimize online booking channels, be the first point of contact for our corporate bookers and maintain the corporate relationships together with the Sales Managers. Simultaneously, you will give guidance to the Reservations & Communications interns.
