TELL ME MORE

In just a few months, Zoku will open new locations in Copenhagen and Vienna, followed by further pipeline projects in Paris and Brussels. This will grow the Zoku portfolio to five hotels in operation. Zoku’s ambition is to create a global network of Zokus, by focusing on large cities with an extensive creative community, that are innovative, tolerant and that have a large international network (with the likes of London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Barcelona and Dublin). To make this happen, Zoku is turning these cities upside-down, following leads for greenfield developments as well as conversions of existing buildings and create value for our target audience and other stakeholders. While reporting directly to one of the co-founders, the Real Estate Development Manager’s primary goal will be the closing of hotel development deals for Zoku in major European cities. You will be responsible for the identification, assessment and the acquisition process of new Zoku locations in Europe. The Real Estate Development Manager will contribute to Zoku’s success by developing, managing and executing the strategy for new hotel developments. The job is based out of Amsterdam and includes frequent travel.
