Zoku’s ambition is to create a global network of Zoku’s, by focusing on large cities with an extensive creative community, that are innovative and tolerant and that have a large international network (with the likes of London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Barcelona and Dublin). To make that happen, Zoku is turning these cities upside-down, following leads for greenfield developments as well as conversions of existing buildings and create value for our target audience and other stakeholders. While reporting directly to the Head of European Expansion, the Real Estate Developer’s primary goal will be the closing of hotel development deals for Zoku in major European cities. The position is responsible for the identification, assessment and the entire acquisition process of new Zoku locations in Europe. The goal of the rollout team is to realize the international rollout ambition in target cities across Europe. The Real Estate Developer will contribute to Zoku’s success by developing, managing and executing the strategy for new hotel developments.
