As People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for guarding and growing our unique company culture. Based in our Zoku Support Office in Amsterdam, you will primarily focus on growing our Zoku International and Zoku Amsterdam teams. Alongside this, you’ll lead our People & Culture team in Amsterdam, guiding them on topics like growth, learning & development, and overall performance management.
You’ll report directly to our People & Culture Director and mentor our Junior People & Culture Coordinator. As a senior member of our team, we’ll look to you to embody and further our values while supporting our passionate and driven People & Culture team. No day looks the same as a People & Culture Coordinator… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
You will be the first point of contact for new Zokus in the Support Office, helping them get acquainted with others and adapted to life at Zoku.
You are passionate about Learning & Development and are eager to grow your knowledge on topics such as training, coaching and leadership.
As a senior member of the P&C team, you will regularly write a variety of policies and internal communications to keep our Zokus informed.
You're a confident communicator and don't shy away from asking the tough questions. You'll be our main recruiter after all!
Optimizing and streamlining all staff-related administrative processes
Mentoring our Junior People & Culture Coordinator
Enhancing our onboarding process, trainings and benefits portfolio
Recruiting new Zokus and onboarding them
Writing and implementing local P&C policies
Advising management on P&C topics
