As Zoku’s Office Manager, you will be helping to set the team up for success by coordinating their agendas, arranging business travels, and support with administrative tasks.
You will also act as the linking pin at the office, by being the first point of contact for all office related matters, with supporting the team with office supplies ordering, coordinating lunch ordering and ensuring proper office logistics.
You will work closely together with the Co-Founders, the Head of Operations and the Development team, and you will report to our Head of Operations.
Coordinating agendas of the Executive Team
Planning and organizing Business Travels for the team
Supporting the office with coordinating office logistics tasks
Administrative tasks such as expense reports etc
