The Meeting & Events Sidekick assists the Meeting & Events Lead and Supervisor in organizing, coordinating, planning and executing all Meetings & Events taking place at Zoku. The position is responsible for coordinating everything to make sure we create unforgettable events. The responsibilities range from partnering with food caterers, taking care of audio-visual aids, scheduling personnel, and ordering food & beverages.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Run the operations of all Meetings & Events with your team
  • Be the go-to person for guests and groups
  • Be the bus driver and come up with solutions on the go
  • Monitor food quality and presentation of Meeting & Events related Food & Beverages
  • Work closely with and report to our Meetings & Events Lead/Supervisor

  • Love the art of hospitality and genuinely taking care of guests to create memorable experiences; experience in event management or banqueting is a plus
  • Have a genuine interest in events, people and connect them to each other

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys discovering new things
  • Flexible shifts and working days
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for The Netherlands
  • You are fully flexible/no fixed working days/hours
  • You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • € 1.900 gross per month (for full time)
