As our ICT coordinator, you are responsible for making sure that all Zokus can seamlessly use technology to get their best work done.  

This includes hardware and device support, setting up digital tools and system integrations, as well as creating tech processes while simultaneously making sure they are sustained. Anything tech related will be your ownership! 

We’re looking for a self-driven and organized go-getter, who will help develop the current IT department into a professional, efficient and effective team. 

Based in our international Support Office in Amsterdam, you will work in an open office environment amongst a great team of international colleagues. We’re a small company, so you’ll genuinely get to know (and love) all of your coworkers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as an ICT Coordinator… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

The face of IT

You will assist all properties with security precautions and compliance (HSIA Standards, PCI, GDPR, Audits). This includes introducing security policies, managing periodic reviewals, and training staff to use information systems, equipment and software accurately.

The tech guru

You will drive communication with colleagues and IT partners in all properties, solving issues and retaining strong partnerships. This includes providing direction and assistance to Zoku’s Management Team on the introduction of new processes, acquisition of new systems and development of tech infrastructure.

Strive for positive results

On top of assessing feedback from all properties, you will identify and implement new ICT systems, processes and applications to increase Zoku’s operational efficiency and ensure great customer service is provided at all times.

A day in the life

Monitor and maintain SLAs with external companies.

Ensure continuity, maximum efficiency and clarity of all ICT systems.

Supervise IT audits and serve as the main project manager for all IT related projects.

Maintain and develop Zoku’s ICT policy, procedures, reference guides, materials and tech operations.

Ensure cyber hygiene activities are completed in each location, while proactively following-up with service providers if deadlines aren’t being met.

Research and develop options to improve Zoku’s ICT system.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • You have solid knowledge of IT systems and applications.  
  • You have strong computer, data, and analytical skills and are able to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports to our management. 
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit.  
  • You love to work, as we need you full-time (40 hours).  
  • You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.  
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
