The General Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of Zoku’s operations, by continuously implementing and improving smart and lean processes. This way, the Leads (management) and Sidekicks (the operational team) can fully focus on providing the best guest experience and service. Rather than traditional hierarchy, Zoku believes in real teamwork, so although the General Manager is the main responsible, he/she will be heading an autonomous team with a joint objective to run Zoku in the best possible way. The General Manager reports to the Head of Operations based in the office in Amsterdam.
We will be opening our second location in Vienna, Austria, in Q3 2020. Located in the central Second District of Leopoldstadt, Zoku Vienna will be close to the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Messe Wien Conference Center, and the iconic Prater park. The role of General Manager will firstly be focused on the preparation of the opening, followed by opening the property and then operating it.Apply here
