The Zoku Duty Manager is responsible for supporting, training and leading our team of Sidekicks (our Operational Team) and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and social spaces. They have their finger on the pulse and ear to the ground; coming up with smart solutions and ensuring the good times for all. They are responsible for creating effective schedules and supporting our operational team whenever needed to ensure we provide our residents with the best service and experience ever!
