We are looking for the ultimate Zoku buddy: a bubbly person that loves making meaningful connections and is all about making people happy. You will be the driving force behind one of the core values of Zoku: connecting people and ideas on a daily basis.
You will be the main contact point for all our long stay residents and our members. You will be organizing community events with local community partners, you will be connecting residents to each other and to the city, all whilst collecting continuous feedback to improve the concept and the guest experience.

We will be opening our second location in Copenhagen, Denmark in Q4 2020. Located just five minutes from the city center by metro, Zoku Copenhagen will be situated on the vibrant Amager island, with easy access to many points of interest. It will accommodate 160 Zoku Lofts – our biggest Zoku yet!
The role of Community Manager will firstly be focused on the preparation of the opening, followed by the opening of the property and then operating post opening.

  • You will have daily check-in coffees with short & long stay residents to get them acquainted with Zoku, introduce them to the community and answering all of their questions
  • You will be connecting the Zoku community with the city by creating events in and outside of Zoku in which they can mingle and meet locals at the same time
  • You will be finding and connecting with new community partners as well as be in regular contact with already existing partners, continuously looking to organize (new) initiatives with them
  • You will be getting to know in-house residents and connecting them to each other based on interests, hobbies and professional background
  • You will be managing our memberships and helping our members who are working in the social spaces, connecting them together and be their contact person
  • You will be connecting the Zoku community to the local neighborhood / community (e.g by organizing neighbourhood aperos, community dinners etc)
  • You will be organizing and hosting/joining all community dinner and community events including the Fika coffee break, Beer’o clock event etc
  • You will be the Queen/King of Random acts of kindness, surprising the community with birthday gifts, getting better cards etc
  • You will be performing frequent interviews with Zoku residents to improve the concept, services and overall guest experience based on their feedback
