This month, vegan chef Alexander Gershberg will be giving us an expert class on cooking kimchi and fermented foods, including delicious homemade pickles, miso and tempeh dishes.

Fermented foods are nutritious and nourishing, providing plenty of beneficial bacteria and enzymes to keep our intestines on top form. They are an essential part of a well balanced, healthy diet. During the class, Alexander will also provide some theory behind the fermentation process and how it works, and how it influences general wellbeing and vitality.

Before the cooking class you can also order a delicious vegan brunch dish in our Living Kitchen for a special discounted price of €12,50. And then, the end of the class you’ll get a taste of all the dishes that were prepared and a print-out of all the ingredients, so you can cook up the dishes at home. Nobody will go home hungry!
