One of our favourite and trusted chefs, Alexander Gershberg of Vegan Sundays, is taking over the Living Kitchen this March, bringing to the table a healthy, energy boosting four-course feast!
Alexander established his gourmet catering, private chef and pop-up restaurant venture Vegan Sundays in 2011, with a wish to make healthy food more sexy – and inspire the world to eat this way.
He’s now lived in Amsterdam for over 10 years, but has roots in Russia and Israel. Vegan Sundays has a unique fusion cooking style inspired by his native cultures, Japanese cuisine, Dutch local produce and healthy approach to cooking and nutrition. His dishes are colorful, original, dynamic and very varied in his use of different tastes, ingredients and cooking techniques. The result is always intriguing, surprising, “feel good” nourishing and very delicious. And yes, all ingredients are 100% vegan and organic!
