OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS LEAD (HOTEL MANAGER)

We are looking for our new Operations & Systems Lead (or in traditional hotel lingo: our new hotel manager) at Zoku Amsterdam! Working in this role, it is your main responsibility to make the operations of Zoku run smoothly and efficient. You will continuously improve smart and lean processes so your fellow Leads (management) and Sidekicks (the operational team) can fully focus on providing the best guest experience and service. You believe that systems and processes enable instead of hinder. Rather than traditional hierarchy, we believe in real teamwork, so although you will be the main responsible, you’ll be heading an autonomous team with a joint objective to run Zoku in the best possible way. MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP – GRAPHIC DESIGN

During this management internship (min. 5 months), you will be working alongside Zoku’s Community Lead by assisting with graphic/design related tasks. You’ll be working on designing & perfecting many different things, ranging from branded maps, presentations, promotional kits, yers, social media banners, press kits, t-shirts and other branded items that we use / sell in the hotel. Sounds interesting? GLOBAL ROLL OUT TEAM 

At Zoku we are always looking for ambitious talented people. Our humble ambition is world domination, creating a global network of Zoku’s by finding the world’s most vibrant hotspots in major cities, starting off with Europe and then spreading this network all across the globe.   • have a proven track record of acquisition of hotel development projects;
  • have existing network in hotel industry
  • have relevant academic education (real estate, financial, technical, etc.);
  • have extensive knowledge of hotel development, feasibility studies, contract negotiation and legal documentation;
  • have strong negotiating, problem solving and analytical skills;
  • be a proactive self-starter;
  • be highly communicative and a team player;
  • have a hands-on deal closing mentality;
  • have a sense of humour and the ability to not take yourself too seriously.
